Flew all my life, then in April 2002 I began to have a problem, the more I flew the anxiety became worse until I could not manage to get on a plane. After stepping off several flights, and even having one return to the gate, I decided to get some help, and found this site. In December 2003 I took my first flight after being grounded for over a year! It was hard to do, but worth it all.
